As both a travel agent and a district manager who travels frequently, I stay in a wide range of hotels, and I can confidently say this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the property impressed me with its beautiful ambience and thoughtful amenities. The waterfall listening area, fire pits, upstairs game area, and overall layout created a peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming environment—perfect for both business and leisure travel. One aspect that was especially important to me was security, and your property truly exceeded expectations. The controlled access throughout the building, including coded entry for doors, elevators, and secured underground parking, provided a level of safety that is often missing in downtown locations. Being someone who travels alone and frequently for work, this gave me great peace of mind. I would also like to commend your staff for their professionalism and attentiveness. One of the clinical staff members noticed I was lost while heading to my room and immediately offered assistance—small gestures like that go a very long way. Most importantly, I want to recognize Damian, who truly made my stay exceptional. I encountered an issue at checkout that was entirely the fault of a third-party booking site and had nothing to do with the property. Despite this, Damian handled the situation quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. His level of service was outstanding—genuine, efficient, and reassuring. Originally, I stayed for just one night before moving to an Airbnb for a corporate event. However, after that experience—and largely because of Damian’s exceptional service—I made the decision to return and rebook from Friday through Monday to complete my business trip and enjoy some personal downtime at your property. That decision was an easy one. In an industry where hotel stays can sometimes feel transactional or even inconvenient due to indifferent service, Damian stood out. Knowing I would receive the same level of care and professionalism upon returning made this property my clear choice. As someone who travels from California to this area frequently for business, I can confidently say this will now be my primary place to stay moving forward. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained environment with a staff that is polite, attentive, and genuinely invested in guest satisfaction. Easy to access from the freeway. The room was extremely comfortable. It's always nice to be able to make some of my own meals in a hotel room. The gym space was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

I booked a bachelor room and it was very nice. I stayed here for two nights and it was close enough I could walk to all the places I wanted to. I also spent some time in their games room and played a round of pool. Everything is automated so there’s isn’t a front desk but they give you a number to contact if you need help. The bodega next door is convenient

This place is brand new. And modern. We’re pretty sure we were the first people to stay in this suite. The pictures are accurate to what we rented. Although everything is done online for check in we figured out all the steps. Make sure you have cell service if you book because they will send emails to verify who you are ahead of check in. The apartment is large with all new appliances including a large washer and dryer. It’s perfect for long stays. Our stay was comfortable. There’s enough pots and pans and dishes if you cook. We highly recommend. Excellent value if you compare for just a hotel room in the area. Location is perfect.

As described. Was great to have a full studio apartment rather than a tiny hotel room. Attended a conference so was great to have space to work, etc. Close enough to walk to the convention center (~ half mile walk, took ~15 mins) or quick to get an Uber or cruise around on a rented scooter Just to note, the building is actually an apartment building, so this is sort of an airbnb style lodging. Seamless entry (once you memorize the code they give you), simply punch in the code for building, elevator, and room entry. And digital checkout

It was very clean and newly renovated. I did move rooms on check-in as my first rooms door keypad didn’t work. I was moved to the same type of room, which was very accommodating. I Enjoyed the furniture on the balcony, also used the washer and the stove. I like the Apartment feel while being here on business for a couple of weeks. Feels better than staying in a hotel, But not quite as big as a full Airbnb.

Stayed at Placemakr Salt Lake City for a few days and it completely exceeded expectations. The apartment was spotless and still had that “new car smell.” The view from my unit was unreal, and the gym looked brand new—modern equipment, plenty of space, and always clean. Parking was a breeze and access to the building was super simple. Everything felt seamless and well thought out, from check-in to checkout. Great value, great vibe, and I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Loved my stay at Placemakr Salt Lake City before my road trip to Torrey and Moab to see some of the national parks! It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport which I can't say for most cities... The room had such a modern vibe with great finishes (love the gold tones in the bathrooms), and the bed was really comfortable. Slept like a rock and wished I could’ve stayed longer - look forward to coming back in the future for ski season. Highly recommend for an easy, stylish stop in SLC!
